Return & Exchange

Your 100% satisfaction is our priority. We offer a Return / Exchange on all unopened products purchased within 30 days with 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately we do not accept returns for used, tried products, or products with damaged packaging back due to hygiene reasons.

Important Condition Self-checking List:

  1. Returned products must be new, unaltered and in original unopened packaging.
  2. Buyers are responsible for any cost associated with return, except in the event of Miratra.com.au’s (MedicalSuppliesOnline.com.au)’s error. Buyers MUST keep a valid tracking number for the return article.Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable, except in the event of Miratra.com.au’s (MedicalSuppliesOnline.com.au)’s error.
  3. Please e-mail us on [email protected] to obtain an Return Authorization and instructions on where to ship and return.
  4. Restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returns and exchanges except in the event of Miratra.com.au’s  (MedicalSuppliesOnline.com.au)’s error.
  5. Products marked as “NO Returns” are strictly no returns.
